As Judge of Probate Court No. 2 in Tarrant County, Texas, for almost 10 years, Brooke Allen presided over thousands of bench and jury trials in the areas of estates, guardianship, mental health, and litigation related to estates and guardianship. Judge Allen ensured cases were set for trial and based her decisions on the law and evidence admitted in the courtroom. Prior to taking the bench, she was voted a "Top Attorney" by Fort Worth Magazine and a "Rising Star" by Texas Lawyer. She was also named "Attorney of the Year" by the Fort Worth Paralegal Association. She retired from the bench in 2026.
As a Judge, Brooke Allen made it a priority to educate our community regarding estates, probate, and guardianship. In addition, she presided over the trial of the "Big Bad Wolf" for elementary students to assist in their education of the justice system. As a Judge and now as a private attorney, Brooke works tirelessly to protect our Constitutional rights and civil liberties, and continues to speak to the community and professionals about these important topics. Brooke also enjoyed coaching girls youth basketball until her players "aged out." Now she is active on the tennis courts.
